2. Continue to promote the certification and rating system and build villages (communities) that have obtained rating certification

4. Declaration of Greenhouse Gas Emissions
(1) This plan needs to carry out the on-site inspection of the county's greenhouse gas declaration, complete the "emission sources of greenhouse gas emissions that should be checked and registered" to confirm the registration list that should be checked in the county's jurisdiction and confirm whether there are additions or deletions in the jurisdiction Public and private places. The main difference is that this year the Ministry of Economic Affairs The Bureau of Energy did not announce the electricity emission factor before September, so this year's external electricity consumption factor is also calculated using the 108-year electricity emission factor. After the on-site inspection, the plan went to the National Greenhouse Gas Logging Platform on the same day to conduct an online data review. (2) According to the annual performance regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency, check the emission source emission data and related facility information (including managed and unregulated objects), where the unregulated objects are based on the discharge scale (including direct + indirect emissions)1 10,000 tons of CO2e/year to 25,000 tons of CO2e/year, mainly including manufacturing, residential and commercial departments, and transportation departments.
